RETURN POLICY

Welcome to Womenie's Return Policy. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Most products, excluding fabrics and dupattas are eligible for returns. Check each product's information page for returnability.
• Fabrics and dupattas cannot be returned or exchanged once cut.

Initiating a Return:

Contact us at contactwomenie@gmail.com or WhatsApp our customer care helpline at +91 9824747806 between 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.

Returns Criteria:

• Notify Womenie within 48 hours of receiving the product for any return.
• Products must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt.
• Customers bear the return shipment cost, and Womenie does not arrange return pick-ups.

Return Conditions:

• All returned products must be in their original packaging.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unsoiled.
• Customized products are non-returnable, with alterations considered case-by-case.
• International customers are not eligible for returns.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Womenie does not provide refunds for return orders.
• Store credit equivalent to the returned product's value will be issued.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

• Report damaged or faulty products with photographs to contactwomenie@gmail.com.
• Womenie examines returned products for defects; the same applies to Womenie.

Color and Product Disclaimer:

• Product specifications are approximate.
• Slight color variations may occur from the website to the actual product.
• Returns will not be accepted based on color and description discrepancies.

Obligations of Womenie:

• Womenie examines returned products for defects and takes remedial steps.
• Replaced products are shipped at Womenie's cost.
• If a replacement is not possible, Womenie processes a refund.

Cancellation:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
